Program Participation

Registration for our sports programs constitutes an agreement to participate according to the program rules and schedules. Fees are generally non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy or required by law.

Participants and their guardians assume all risks associated with sports participation, including injury, and release Deccan Xi Foundation from liability for injuries sustained during properly supervised activities.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Deccan Xi Football & Sports Foundation, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Deccan Xi Football & Sports Foundation has established the following refund policy for program fees and other payments:

Program Registration Fees

Full refunds will be issued if cancellation is received at least 30 days before the program start date, minus a processing fee of ₹500.

Cancellations received 15-29 days before the program start date will receive a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received less than 15 days before the program start date, except in cases of documented medical emergency.

Tournament Fees

Tournament registration fees are non-refundable once the team registration has been confirmed and the tournament schedule has been published.

If a tournament is cancelled by the organizers, full refunds will be issued within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.

Merchandise

Unused merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided it is in resalable condition.

Customized merchandise (jerseys with names/numbers) cannot be returned unless defective.

Medical Withdrawals

Participants who withdraw due to documented medical reasons may receive a pro-rated refund based on the portion of the program completed, minus a ₹500 processing fee.

A doctor's certificate must be provided within 7 days of withdrawal.

Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval and will be issued via the original payment method.

Bank transfer charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exceptions

The Foundation reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in extraordinary circumstances at the discretion of management.
